FH4 DRL Conversion Kit (White) (Fits Volvo 2012-2021)

Give your Volvo FH4 DRL with a clean, crisp xenon white.

A direct replacement for your stock DRL boards — same fit, same connectors, striking amber output. Whether you're upgrading your look or replacing a faulty original, this kit drops straight in without modification.

High-power LEDs mounted on aluminium boards for optimal heat transfer to the original heatsinks — ensuring maximum LED lifespan and consistent light output.

Kit Includes:

• 4 x Xenon white LED boards
• Thermal paste

Plug-and-play — uses the original connectors. No wiring required.

Note:  The 6-LED board mounts in the top position. The 4-LED board mounts in the bottom position.

Installation:

Disconnect the connectors from the original boards. Remove the screws and lift the boards off the heatsinks. Clean all old thermal paste thoroughly until the surface is bare and clean.

Apply the included thermal paste in a thin, even layer. Press the new board into the paste and refit the screws — tighten slowly and evenly. Reconnect the connectors.

• Remove the plugs from the original lights.
• Remove the screws that retain the original lights.
• Remove the lights from the heat sink.
• Remove the cooling paste and clean the surface completely.
• Apply the cooling paste with a thin even layer on the heat sink where the light is to be mounted.
• Push the new light into the thermal grease and carefully tighten with the original screw.
• Connect the cables to the new lights.
