Delivery

The postage listed is what postage will be and your parcel will be delivered by the chosen courier dependent on size and weight. We will dispatch orders the same day when placed before 11.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If you would like to purchase multiple items you will get a reduced delivery cost 

Important: Signing For Items

Before accepting delivery of your goods from our couriers or Royal Mail please check all items for damage before signing the carrier paperwork as they accept no responsibility once you have signed for the goods. This means no claim for damages or a refund can be issued if it is not written on their paperwork as "damaged" when delivered. If the driver is unwilling to wait while you check your items please sign the paperwork as "unchecked" so we can try and claim for any damages, check the item ASAP and let us know immediately of any damage in transit.

If you haven't received items sent within a few days of your listing being marked as dispatched, please contact us so we can chase up the delivery of your order. If you are out when a delivery is attempted the courier will either leave a card to arrange re-delivery and take away and will try the following day, please look out for these cards if you suspect you were out when you were due to receive your items.

We will do all that we can working with our couriers to get our items to you in one piece and as quickly as we can but please be reasonable. Once the item has left us it is in the couriers hands until it gets to you.
